THE BRIEF
We were asked to organise a bespoke ski trip for a second time for our dear client, Quantcast, to the beautiful town of Meribel. Meribel holds a central position within France’s huge Trois Vallées ski area, so we wanted to give our client the most opportunity to enjoy the slopes. Finding a beautiful chalet was of key importance.
DELIVERY
We prepared welcome drinks and canapes to welcome our guests as they disembarked their airport coach. With the sumptuous and stylish accommodation ready and waiting, our guests settled in for a short time to their chalet before heading out for a 3 course meal.
We organised a VIP ski fit experience for our client to see them right on their first visit to the slopes. After eating a hearty breakfast, we sent our guests off on the slopes to enjoy some free time to glide as they pleased. We then assembled for lunch and with a little tipple (see picture), of the recommended crisp whites from a local foodie hot spot in the village. Continuing with a little more skiing for those who desired, and with time for some rest and relaxation ahead of the evening meal catered for at the Chalet.
RESULTS
We looked after our client by meticulously planning the intricacies of their trip so they enjoyed a seamless experience with any decision making only left to what they’d like to see on their plate. Our client was permitted the opportunity to switch off and enjoy their time together as a team, with a relaxed and enjoyable trip amidst beautiful surrounds of Meribel.
