Motivational off-site event in Surrey
THE BRIEF
We were tasked with creating an exciting off-site trip for the Quantcast Team in October 2019. Quantcast are a fantastic client in their openness and desire for their team to let their hair down and reinvigorate through team building games and getting out of the busy life of the city. Their requirements were to have a fun trip, not too far out of London, with games, food and a DJ. Through our searches we discovered the beautiful Spread Eagle Hotel in Midhurst, Surrey, which we hired exclusively for fun and games for the overnight stay.
DELIVERY
We laid on a fun and unique trip for our client, arriving to take part in the Stop the Clock activity with all sorts of mental stimulation mixed with a teaser of silliness leading into downtime to enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Spread Eagle’s leisure facilities. Our client dressed ready for the tailored Hawaii 5-0 Murder Mystery Dinner in the Jacobean Hall with much laughter and team in-jokes aplenty.
RESULTS
With the aim of motivating the sales team our client came away having laughed with one another so much that it built bonds amongst the team; a chance to get out of the office and play! Our clients smiles were testament to their time on the trip and we were delighted to have been able to put on their off-site event to give them all some time away from the everyday.
