THE BRIEF
To deliver a conference for 300 guests combined with a motivational, team-building activity and guest speaker session. Provide a fun element to the evening dinner to make for a motivating and memorable company conference to stimulate colleagues zest for their work.
DELIVERY
We chose the stunning Sopwell House to host our clients overnight stay, with excellent conference facilities and a stunning overnight setting, the location in St Albans was also highly desirable with its close proximity to London. We used our industry knowledge to source the talents of former Olympic Champion, Ben Hunt-Davis, and his motivating talk ‘Will It Make the Boat Go Faster’. For the evening, we brought Vegas to Sopwell, with a live casino, DJ, glitter photobooth from Megabooth and Vegas themed hosts. We were on hand to ensure all was executed to the tight conference schedule time and prepared ready for all to be in place without our guests having to do anything but enjoy the conference offering.
RESULTS
Our clients left the conference with a new motivation for their work, feeling looked after both by us and their company, who provided both fun as well as new inspiration for their work. We managed to utilise our skills to be cost effective for our client, offering many elements which were sourced with care and precision in relation to the budget provided.
