To inspire and motivate their employees, the client challenged us to organise their very first international conference for 250 of their UK based employees.


We managed the entire event which included multiple trips to Brugge to source the perfect venues and local suppliers, transporting custom built staging from Scotland and arranging the travel logistics of 250 delegates from across the UK to Brugge. Guests were The main conference was held at the beautiful [Name] Hotel. Guests were given the VIP experience with horse-drawn carriages transporting them to dinner, and a fabulous awards dinner at the [name] historic castle.


We knew we could rise to any challenge and we are thrilled to have exceeded not only our expectations but the client’s also! To say that the client’s employees were blown away would be an understatement.
