ESI Media Group - Incentive Trip

BRIEF
We were engaged to organise an overseas trip for 20 executives to engage with and strengthen relationships with their key clients.
DELIVERY
Considering the demographic and interests of those travelling, we selected Ibiza as the ideal destination. We transformed a villa into a luxury retreat, using small details such as bean bags, brightly coloured cushions and gorgeous scented candles to create a home away from home experience. We arranged VIP chauffeur-driven transfers from the airport and delivered a first-class itinerary including fine dining, boat excursions, golf days, treasure hunts and pampering sessions.
RESULTS
This was a sensational trip thoroughly enjoyed by the executives and their clients.
