Clear Channel - Product Launch

THE BRIEF

To accompany the launch of their revolutionary digital out-of-home advertising products, we were appointed to create and deliver an event that would showcase the new products to influential figures from the UK media agency industry.

DELIVERY

We used special effects lighting to transform the space and create contrasting moods, from a subtle effect during the drinks reception building up to dramatic effects in the theatre for the presentation. Moving lights and gobos showcasing the client’s branding brought the after-party to life. To continue the ‘digital transformation’ theme, a live twitter feed was projected for guests to follow updates. Key points from the presentation were cleverly displayed to reiterate the core messages of the launch for guests on their way home.

RESULTS

Guests had an incredible time, with 180 key media agency personnel attending. The food was delicious and party was hugely enjoyable.
