BFirst Ball 2018

Venue: De Vere, Grand Connaught Rooms

THE BRIEF

BFIRST (British Foundation for International Reconstructive Surgery & Training) is a UK registered charity which trains surgeons working in the poorest countries in the world to enable them to undertake reconstructive Plastic Surgery, releasing children and adults from the state of poverty and destitution associated with disability and deformity. With an organisation doing such important work, we looked to provide our client with a stunning night to remember and to take an evening to relax from the type of concentration and responsibility required in their line of work.

We organised the 2018 BFIRST Ball to celebrate our clients last 2 years in business and to inspire staff to continue with their amazing and important work.

DELIVERY

We chose the classic and beautiful De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London’s Covent Garden for a star-spangled black tie Ball for 350 members of the BFIRST team. Their main Ballroom provided a stunning backdrop for our Casino Royale themed night; equipped through our best in the industry contacts for transforming the venue into a casino with Jaws & Daniel Craig lookalikes, magician, casino tables, fundraising auction and Big Band. From concept, to sourcing to execution; we were on hand every inch of the way to ensure our client had the best of the industry all falling within their budget.

RESULTS

Dressed in their finery, our client revelled in the splendour the night offered. We were delighted to see the joy brought to their faces from arrival on the red carpet, to experiencing the paparazzi photography wall at the entrance to the Ballroom, entering the beautifully crafted room with handmade feather table centres, continuing on the night with a delicious 3 course meal, fundraising auction, casino and live music and dancing. The result was one of being taken to a moment in time filled with comfort, glamour and sparkle – allowing the hardworking BFIRST team to switch off, enjoy and create memories in celebration of their amazing work!
